    The Company Directors have over 15 years of football touring experience, which gives them an unrivaled knowledge in organising your trip of a life time.     The English Premier League (EPL) is a world recognised brand that brings passion, excitement and technical excellence in almost every game. Add in the world’s oldest cup competition, the FA Cup, and Stadium Tours, and you have almost 2 weeks of adrenalin pumping excitement only being there can describe. 

    We will include some famous stadiums tours so you can see behind the scenes, visit the club’s museums and of course their shop!

    We are travelling in January 2015, when we can guarantee that you will see a minimum of 4 EPL and 1 FA Cup matches (we may also have access to semi-final tickets in the Capital Cup).

    We work closely with the clubs and their official partners which means we are able to secure tickets to almost any match on offer during the proposed tour period.

    We do promise to do everything we can, to secure the best matches available during January 10th - January 20th 2015 - and as many as we can. Closer to the time of travel, we are more than happy to take requests for matches that may not be included in the advertised programme, and we will endeavour to achieve the most we can.

    Fans Tour January 2015

    Day 1 - Saturday 10th January 2015
    Once you arrive at the designated Hotel, you will be met by a representative of Tour de Football. Accommodation prior to today can be arranged for you. In the afternoon watch your first EPL game in the North West - Manchester United vs Southampton at Old Trafford. At night, you are welcome to take in the local restaurants and bars.

    Day 2 - Sunday 11th January 2015
    After breakfast in the morning - and recovering from the night before, we will experience our second EPL match. Dependent on the TV schedule, it will be either Sunderland vs Liverpool or Everton vs Manchester City (our experience tells us one of these games will be on Sunday). A departure time from the hotel will be confirmed closer to the date. All other times can be spent at leisure shopping and sightseeing.

    Day 3 - Monday 12th January 2015 
    In the morning enjoy a stadium tour of Old Trafford, home of Manchester United FC.  The rest of the day is at leisure, you may wish to visit the Trafford center for some retail therapy. 

    Day 4 - Tuesday 13th January 2015
    Today we can visit the National Football Museum in Manchester. Depending on the draw, in the evening we may watch an FA Cup replay match. The FA Cup is the oldest cup competition in the world. All other hours are spent at leisure. 

    Day 5 - Wednesday 14th January 2015
    Today we will spend a full day in Liverpool. Part of the day will be spent at Anfield stadium, home of Liverpool FC. In the afternoon, you can will take in the Fab Four, Beatles Tour. Depending on the draw, in the evening we may watch an FA Cup replay match.

    Day 6 - Thursday 15th January 2015
    Transfer to London and on the way we will call into St Georges Park, the New FA Centre for Football in England.

    Day 7 - Friday 16th January 2015
    Today, we will spend the full day in London. We can arrange a ticket for the London Red Bus for you. Spend the day sightseeing, having the opportunity to hop on and off at all the major attractions, such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The London Eye. You could spend a few hours at Lilywhites, and grab some bargains on sport and leisure items.

    Day 8 - Saturday 17th January 2015
    Saturday means Premier League action, and we will be off to another match. We will visit Villa Park to watch Aston Villa vs Liverpool. Once again, at night, you are welcome to take in the local restaurants and bars - and in London there are plenty!!

    Day 9 - Sunday 18th January 2015
    After breakfast in the morning - and recovering from the night before, we will experience an emphatic encounter at the Etihad! Manchester City vs Arsenal. We will be required to travel back to Manchester, but to experience this classic, we are sure it won't be a problem. A departure time from the hotel will be confirmed closer to the date. All other times can be spent at leisure shopping and sightseeing.

    Day 10 - Monday 19th January 2015
    In the morning enjoy a stadium tour of Stamford Bridge.  The rest of the day will be at leisure before our final group dinner. 

    Day 11 - Tuesday 20th January 2015
    All good things come to an end, and today we say our goodbyes. You are most welcome to continue on your travels. If not, it's back to Heathrow Airport for the journey home.

    Tour cost excludes:

    • International flights (this can be arranged for you, simply request this at time of booking)
    • Single room supplements (approximately $50pp per night)
    • Excursions and entrance fees other than specified
    • Personal extras: laundry, telephone bills, mini bar, etc.

    Note: Premium games may not be available at face value. Should one of these fixtures appear, we will give you the option(s) to attend.

    A re-costing will take place should there be any changes or additions to this tour breakdown. All tours are designed with years of experience, for any testimonials from previous tour participants, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Disclaimer

    We set out below an explanation of the conditions that apply when you book a sport tour with us. It is important to read these conditions as they not only define our obligation to you but also impose some important commitments upon you.

    When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. No contract exists until the company receives and acknowledges in writing a signed booking form with the relevant deposit payment. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions. No additions, deletions, changes or promises may be made relating to these conditions except in writing by a Director of the Company.

    TDF in conjunction with I-travel Pty Limited are IATA protected by the Aviation Authority, IATA Number 0235273 in the event of insolvency.

    We guarantee that the price of your trip will not be subject to any surcharges. This means that you are fully protected, no matter what happens to the price of fuel or variations in the exchange rate. Once a contract exists between us, the cost of your holiday cannot be increased. Whilst we reserve the right to change prices from time to time, any changes will be confirmed to you before you make your booking. The price of your trip as shown on your confirmation invoice will not be increased unless you amend your booking.

    When you make a booking you must pay the deposit amount per person as indicated on the booking form. The balance of the price of our travel arrangements must be paid in full 10 weeks before the scheduled date of departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements. If the company exercises that option or if you cancel the trip (cancellation must be notified in writing to the company) cancellation charges are payable.

    If you cancel your sports trip, there will be a cancellation charge since the company incurs expenses. All deposits are non-refundable. Written cancellations will only become effective when received.

    The table below outlines the scale of charges payable for cancellations made later than

    10 weeks prior to departure.
    70 to 45 days prior to departure –  50% of the cost is forfeited
    44 to 22 days prior to departure –  75% of the cost is forfeited
    21 to 7 days prior to departure –  90% of the cost is forfeited
    Within 7 days         – 100% of the cost is forfeited 

    Once a contract exists between us, you may wish to alter a trip. For example, your chosen dates of travel, destination etc and we will do our utmost to make these changes. If the change is impractical the original arrangement shall continue to apply. Any request for change must be made in writing from the person who made the booking. 

    Occasionally, we may have to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor, and we will advise you at the earliest opportunity.
    The Company also reserves the right to cancel your trip in the event that you fail to make payments, behave in an improper manner which creates the risk of injury or damage to the property or in the case of Force Majeure – (war, threat of war, political crisis, civil commotion or strife, terrorist activity, strike or industrial action, natural disasters, fires, closure of airport) or other Force Majeure making it impossible or unreasonable for a group to travel.
    In the unlikely event of your sports tour being cancelled you will have the choice of accepting an alternative arrangement or a full refund of the monies paid. We guarantee that we will not cancel your trip after the final balance had been paid, except in circumstances mentioned above. The company will attempt to ensure that all arrangements offered are of at least equivalent standard to those originally booked. If we make a major change to your trip, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible before your departure. You will have a choice of either accepting these revised arrangements or a full refund of your monies paid.
    A major change is defined as a change to your destination, a change of accommodation to that of a lower category, and a change of flight time of more than 12 hours (excluding flight delays) should you choose to accept the revised arrangements the company will pay compensation to each full fare paying passenger as per the following schedule. Period before departure within which you are notified of a Compensation major change per passenger

    29-14 days - $38
    Within 14 days - $50

    a) The Company has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the suppliers contracted for services during your trip are efficient and reliable and that they maintain high standards and conform to the laws and regulations of the country in which they operate. Every booking is accepted subject to the conditions imposed by the companies and organisation concerned
    b) The Company accepts reasonable responsibility for ensuring the trip which you book with us is supplied as described and additional destination specific information. If for whatever alternative arrangements or accommodation are offered, the company will ensure that they are of a similar standard.
    c) The availability of some club and facilities advertised cannot be always guaranteed on the dates you may wish to travel. Facilities and clubs may close due to public holidays, festivals or maintenance or adverse weather conditions. In these instances no refunds can be given. However, if we are aware of the unavailability of any services prior to departure we will endeavour to advise you accordingly.

    In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a complaint in relation to a trip, please follow these steps:

    a) Tell our representative in resort and/or our supplier immediately so that remedial action can be taken without delay
    b) If the problem cannot be resolved, please submit a letter or complaint course report form within 28 days of your return
    a) Please note that the company will only deal with correspondence from the person signing the booking form or his/her nominee
    b) The company will investigate complaints thoroughly and report back to the party leader and hopefully settle the issue satisfactorily Disputes arising out of, or in connection with this contract, which cannot be amicably settled, may (if the customer wishes) be referred to Arbitration under a special scheme which is administered quite independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

    This contract will be governed by and construed under Australian law
